Tip: The category of your Annual Pass can easily be changed at renewal - perfect, if you'd like to extend your LEGOLAND^® adventure and delve deeper into the colorful world of Merlin attractions. 

How it works:
Simply select the desired Annual Pass in our ticket shop, choose the right amount of passes and select the renewal option "RENEWAL Annual Pass" (see screenshot). Then you enter your existing Annual Pass barcode number (18 digits) and name (as it is written on the pass), and you will start the next twelve months of fun and adventure!

Note: Not all pass types are available for renewal yet. Depending on where and when you purchased your annual pass, it is possible that the pass cannot be renewed online at this time. If you receive an error message, please try again in a few days or renew at our Annual Pass Office in the park. Thank you for your understanding.

Tip: Don't forget to book the desired parking option right away.

Will I get a new card issued?

No. All renewed passes will be issued as digital annual passes (DigiPass), which can be stored on your device (e. g. in a digital wallet) or printed out on paper. 

For a surcharge you can have a plastic card issued for all annual passes in the Annual Picket Office - for the two LEGOLAND Passes with attractive, yearly changing motifs.

When can I renew my Annual Pass?

You can extend your annual pass online and on site between four weeks before and four weeks after their expiry date. All extensions are valid for twelve months, based on the original expiry date of the annual pass.

My online renewal isn't working.

If an extension fails online because the barcode number entered is not accepted, the card was probably issued at another attraction and is not available in our database. Please extend these tickets in our park or online at the issuing attraction.

Just enter your current Annual Pass number and your date of birth in our Pass Renewal Online Shop, select the Annual Pass type of your choice and start into the next twelve months of fun and adventure.

Tip: For just 15 € extra you can add an annual parking ticket to your Annual Pass. The parking ticket is also valid for twelve months and is only available in combination with an Annual Pass.

Will I get a new pass issued?

No, you can go directly through the turnstiles. Annual pass holders with a season parking ticket can go to the annual pass office in the course of their visit and will receive a new annual pass afterwards.

Merlin South Annual Pass, Merlin Annual Pass, Merlin Premium Annual Pass: These passes entitle you to enter other attractions that are not linked to our database. The validity of Merlin passes must therefore be confirmed by checking the printed expiry date. Therefore, each renewed pass must be re-issued before visiting the other attractions. (Hint: It is sufficient if one family member brings along all annual passes.)
